The judge, public defender, the state attorney, the treatment providers and probation staff enter notes under appropriate tabs on the Status Conference screen. All notes, except for the judge's, can be viewed by other members of the courtroom team. The judge's notes can be viewed only if the judge allows others access to this tab.
